DDA Recovery Adjustor

Overview

The purpose of this job is to collect deposit accounts that have been charged off.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers for payments using predictive dialer
• Handle incoming customers calls
• Repayment arrangements
• Send out collection Notices
• Research deposit statements

Qualifications

• High school education and 2 years collection experience and customer service experience
• Knowledge of collection laws and policies
• Knowledge of bankruptcy
• Telephone communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational skills
• Problem solving skills
• Investigative skills
• Research deposit account information
• PC Skills
