Roll Former Maintenance Technician

TruTek Framing System is a leader in light gauge steel truss manufacturing, providing innovative framing solutions to general contractors and developers. We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician with experience in roll forming equipment to join our growing team.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our roll former and associated systems. The ideal candidate will also be able to operate the machine when needed to support production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance and repairs on roll forming machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues quickly and effectively.
• Replace or repair motors, sensors, wiring, hydraulics, and pneumatics as needed.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and ensure minimal machine downtime.
• Operate the roll former during production as needed.
• Collaborate with the production team to support efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with roll forming machines or similar industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, motor drives, and industrial control systems is a plus.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Willingness to work hands-on in a production environment.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.

Preferred:

• 3 Years maintaining and operating roll forming machines or similar industrial machinery.
• Technical certificate or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus but not required.
