What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Truth Initiative?
The Marketing Coordinator is a member of truth's Marketing Department, which directs all marketing initiatives for the organization’s truth® campaign. The coordinator assists the brand team in the strategic development and implementation of brand projects ensuring a smooth workflow across all internal departments.

THE DAY-TO-DAY STUFF:
- Assist in the project management of brand campaigns and partnerships.
- Manage internal workflow processes to ensure seamless and timely implementation of projects.
- Communicate with agency partners in order to effectively coordinate internal project workflow.
- In conjunction with creative partners, track and monitor advertising placements, rights, and talent usage.
- Assist the brand team with meetings including serving as the point person for status reports and agendas.
- Build cross-functional relationships within the organization to facilitate approvals, provide project status and production schedules.
- Organize, maintain and archive marketing files and materials.
- Support in the billing process including managing vendor estimates and invoice reconciliation in a timely manner for approval and payment.
- Provide perspective and strategic thinking around the youth audience and media landscape.
- Perform other duties as required based on the needs of the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate must have Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years marketing experience, advertising or consumer brand marketing preferred. Individual must be diplomatic, proactive, creative, solutions oriented, and a relationship builder. Candidate must be an enthusiastic professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
