What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly face greeting patients, answering calls, and scheduling appointments
• Keep the clinic clean & professional—sanitize rooms, check laundry, and maintain common areas
• Manage inventory—track supplies, restock, and help with organizational tasks
• Assist therapists with room prep, patient flow, and other day-to-day needs
• Handle light administrative duties: mail, refill logs, benefit verification, faxing scripts (linkedin.com, linkedin.com)

What We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives on organization
• Excellent communicator with a positive, helpful attitude
• Comfortable with both hands-on tasks and administrative support
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or office settings is a plus (but not required) (linkedin.com, linkedin.com)
