Salary Range; $17.50 - $26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and issues.
Provide information about products and services, guiding customers to make informed choices.
Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer queries and service inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues and escalate complex inquiries.
