TS Safety Solutions is a professional safety training, management, and consulting firm that provides strategic safety solutions, management and training for the industrial and construction industries.
We are seeking several dynamic Safety Officers, Auditors and Trainers to work on sites throughout New Jersey and New York.
Safety Officers liaise between TS Safety Solutions and site management, engage with site personnel, oversee and report on safety practices at designated sites.
Responsibilities
- Possess skills in assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy;
- Perform well in an environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization;
- Work with management on job sites to reduce worker injuries and minimize property damage for our clients;
- Orient new workers to job site;
- Conduct toolbox talks;
- Conduct jobsite inspections;
- Write daily safety reports.
Qualifications
- Must reside in the NJ/NY tri-state area;
- Access to reliable transportation;
- Superior communication and organizational skills;
- Proficient leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Professional, punctual and a positive attitude;
- Willingness to be flexible on days worked;
- Willingness to submit driving records and background check;
- 2 years of verifiable related experience in construction or related industries;
- Prefer OSHA 30hr trained, other certifications a plus.
- Computer literate
