Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (Spanish required!)

Job Title: HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition Focus

Location: On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
• Coordinate job postings, job fairs, and other recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
• Conduct reference checks and extend offers to selected candidates.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Assist with new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
• Support employee training and development programs to promote skill growth and retention.
• Handle employee relations and assist in resolving any HR-related issues or conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback.
• Maintain accurate HR records and files for employees.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area 3 years of experience in Human Resources ideally within a fast-paced industry.
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• A positive attitude with a focus on employee well-being and workplace culture.
• Spanish is REQUIRED
