Job Summary
Tschetter Group is an independent advisory firm focused on building life-long relationships with clients through a commonsense approach to investment management and planning. Duties and Responsibilities
- Embody the Tschetter Group way of caring for clients and connections, delivering, and continuously improving the firm’s service model.
- Provide exemplary client service for complex high-net-worth individuals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, including handling phone calls, personal emails, and advisor correspondence.
- Provide support during client meetings, including notetaking and preparation of meeting materials.
- Facilitate client onboarding process and contribute to shaping the client experience through regular meetings and communications.
- Monitor client account activity and facilitate accurate and efficient account maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance and operational correctness in all client interactions.
- Offer guidance and support to advisors, acting as a sounding board for initiatives & proactively propose new ideas and solutions to enhance advisor efficiency and client service.
- Track advisors’ commitments, projects, and schedule to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide business development support by assisting with advisor networking efforts.
- Assist advisors with day-to-day tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and managing client information in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- 3 years client service experience (preferred); direct investment industry experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Drive and desire to help and serve others.
- High emotional and social intelligence.
- Securities licenses a plus (e.g. Series 65)
