About the Role
We are seeking a Client Security Advocate to serve as a trusted security advisor and client-facing advocate within a large, highly regulated enterprise technology environment. In this role, you will represent the organization’s security program to internal and external stakeholders, helping clients understand, trust, and navigate security practices with confidence.
This position blends security knowledge, client service, and communication expertise. The ideal candidate is comfortable translating technical security concepts into clear, accessible language and building strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from sales teams to senior client executives.
What You’ll Do
On a typical day, the Client Security Advocate will:
- Respond to client security inquiries, including RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, in a professional, timely, and service-oriented manner
- Act as a security subject matter expert, engaging cross-functionally to address client security requirements and concerns
- Partner closely with client service, sales, legal, and internal security teams using a consultative approach
- Clearly explain security programs, controls, and risk posture to non-technical audiences
- Build trust with clients by addressing security questions with empathy, professionalism, and transparency
- Translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into practical, client-friendly explanations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to diverse audiences
- Track record of building trust and delivering results in fast-paced, highly regulated, or client-facing environments
