TT Electronics’ Olathe, Kansas facility, is an industry-leading designer and manufacturer of custom magnetic products and assemblies. The Olathe-based site has 65 years’ experience in the design and development of unique harsh-environment solutions for mission-critical applications.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

Introduction

The Depot Coordinator is responsible for receiving, tracking and coordinating the flow of returned power supplies from receipt to shipment. Performs necessary computer data entry and reporting to provide reports for analysis, status, history, and cost. Responsible for completing purchase requisitions and tracking materials for the Depot department.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the activities of assemblers, technicians, Customer Service Engineer, and Quality inspection. 
• Unpacking products to be repaired
• Performing incoming inspection
• Using computers to enter product info and failure data
• Moving and expediting product in and out of assembly and test processes
• Performing final cleaning of product
• Insures that product moves thru department processes.
• Receives returned units and generate data packages necessary for further processing.
• Unpack units with cognizance of appropriate authorities
• Inputs applicable data into CAVII (Government computer system), MRP and other computer based interfaces.
• Maintains material inventories, track material deliveries and generate material requisitions.
• Places purchase requisitions and track to purchase order and receipt of material
• Maintains Min-Max repair materials.
• Interfaces with customers as needed.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

Core Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years in electronics environment and data entry experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent Technical Competencies
• Basic computer skills required. Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel a definite plus. 
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
