Job Description: Inside Sales Assistant
Jobs and Responsibilities:
- Process RFQ forms and submit to customers
- Monitor customer demand forecast and orders from customer portals
- Make shipping plan according to customer’s requirement
- Maintain communication between OEM/Tier1/Aftermarket customers and company
- Obtain purchase orders and contracts from the customer portals
- Provide invoice/packing list/bill of lading to customers
- Create monthly invoices and submit to accounting department
- Provide weekly and month-end sales report to management
- Produce yearly sales forecast
Required Skills and Experiences:
- QuickBooks
- SAP
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
The candidate must have:
- 3 years of automotive sales/customer service working experience
- Minimum of associate degree in Accounting/Business/Supply Chain/Logistics (B.S Preferred)
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Bilingual (Chinese/English) is preferred
Applicant will work full-time (40 hours/week)
