CEI Inspector —Statewide in Tennessee
Description
· Monitors, observes, and records the work performed daily.
· Follow proper procedures, perform accurate computations, and maintains cordial relationships with coworkers, clients, contractors, etc.
· Typical activities include but are not limited to: observation and monitoring of backfilling of subgrades, installation of utilities (storm, sanitary, and water), concrete structures, curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt paving, and irrigation/landscaping.
Minimum Requirements:
· 3 years of CE&I experience
· Certified Asphalt Roadway Technician
· Certified Asphalt Technician Level I-Field Tester
· Certified Concrete Technician (ACI and TDOT Certification)
· TDOT certifications
· Work Zone Safety Certification
Other Requirements:
· Ability to communicate professionally orally and in writing.
· Good driving record.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
· Possess sufficient stamina to work in outdoor (hot & cold) environment
