Pay Range: $28.00 - $34.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials PLUS commissions and spiffs!!!!

Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high-quality and timely job performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience
• Minimum of 2 years of lead installer experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work on a team and train entry-level installers
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
