Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Martin, TN for a Sales Floor Associate. The Sales Floor Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Daily tasks include greeting customers, answering inquiries, helping customers locate and choose products, managing inventory, and keeping the showroom clean and organized. The role also involves handling transactions, processing returns, and promoting current sales and promotions. Starting pay begins at $55,000
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with home improvement products such as cabinetry, countertops, flooring, bath fixtures, doors and more.
- Sales and Marketing: Skills in sales techniques, marketing strategies, and promoting products to customers.
- Organization and Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a clean and organized sales floor, manage inventory, and pay attention to product details.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy items, and perform physical tasks as required.
- Preferable previous experience in cabinet design.
