What You'll Do

  • Support residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.
  • Assist with medical-related care, including catheter placement, wound care, and basic health monitoring
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
  • Monitor and report changes in behavior or health
  • Help with transportation to appointments or activities
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff and team members to deliver holistic care

Schedule: This is a full-time position only.

This position follows a 3-week rotating schedule with a mix of weekday, overnight, and weekend shifts. Two weeks are 40 hours, and one week is 48 hours.

Example shifts include

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday: 4 PM - 8 AM
  • Tuesday: 4 PM - 12 AM
  • Wednesday: 12 AM - 8 AM
  • Friday into Saturday: 4 PM - 4 PM
  • Sunday into Monday: 8 AM - 8 AM
  • You won't work every weekend, but weekend availability is required.

This schedule offers predictability, full-time hours, and opportunities for overtime.

What You Need to Bring

  • Age 18 or older
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting required
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate mindset
