What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) PRN Nights position at Tulsa Rehabilitation Hospital?
Position Summary:
Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process.

This PRN RN position requires a commitment of 144 hours within a 6-week period. At least six (6) shifts per quarter will be during weekend hours of operation. In addition, this role requires two (2) holiday shifts during the Summer season and two (2) holiday shifts during the Winter season, for a total of four (4) holiday shifts per year.
Base pay is $54 per hour, with shift differentials of $2.00 per hour for weekday night shifts and $3.00 per hour for weekend night shifts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable

- Inpatient rehabilitation experience
