As a Parts Representative you’ll handle everything from working with service technicians to managing our extensive inventory of turf and tractor parts. We’ll rely on you to place parts inventory orders, as well as special orders for customers, while striking a balance between supply and demand. You’ll also have to receive the parts in and handle any parts discrepancies. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has in-depth product knowledge of parts. Because you will be working directly with customers, you must have excellent customer service skills as well as an understanding of technology in order to document customer requests and collect payment for services. Responsibilities & Duties
- Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitoring the current parts inventory.
- Pricing parts to maintain profitability.
- Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them.
- Overseeing special orders.
- Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs.
- Product knowledge to ensure they identify parts correctly and recommend the needed parts.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in a similar role.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of software programs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to take direction in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Organizational skills necessary to manage parts inventory effectively.

- Kneeling, standing, lifting to 50lbs.
