We are looking for a Leasing Specialist to assist at Mount Villa Apartments at Turf Valley in Ellicott City, MD. This Class A luxury community was built in 2024 and features 192 apartment-homes.
Job Type:
- Full-time 37 hours
- Tuesday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Saturday 10:00am-3:00pm
- Pay type $22-$25/hour
Primary responsibilities:
- Build rapport with prospects, while showing available apartment-homes
- Provide exceptional customer service to your current residents
- Generate more leads through various creative marketing outreach strategies
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects, to help rent more apartments
- Plan and participate in resident events
- Problem-solve throughout the day with property management operations, while learning more about our business/industry
Core qualifications:
- Superior people skills a must, outgoing, service-oriented personality
- Reliable vehicle, ability to work Saturdays
- Leasing experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Sales, hospitality, retails with high standards, car rental experience-all strongly considered
