YOUR NEW ROLE
Looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities? In this role, you'll have the chance to empower individuals to live their lives to the fullest, supporting them in achieving independence.
You'll work in various settings, such as supported living programs, group homes, and family support programs. Your support will cover a wide range of daily living activities. You'll also have the opportunity to provide life skills training such as financial management and behavior management strategies.
In addition to home-based support, you'll help individuals access and participate in their community. By modeling appropriate social skills and behaviors, you'll make a positive impact on their lives. The fulfillment of witnessing individuals with developmental disabilities lead self-fulfilling lives is immeasurable!
We have several locations open for this position including South Salt Lake, Salt Lake City, and Midvale.
The schedule for this position will vary depending on the needs of the program and may include day, swing, overnight and weekend hours.
REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years old
- A reliable personal vehicle
- A valid driver's license
