What You'll Do... As a Residential Sales Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of field sales representatives to drive performance, generate leads, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for coaching your team, managing daily field operations, and participating in neighborhood canvassing to uncover new sales opportunities. This role requires hands-on involvement in both team development and customer interactions, ensuring routes are completed efficiently and goals are consistently met. You will also assist with hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews to maintain a high-performing sales team. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are key to success in this role.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales leadership
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong understanding of company services and market positioning
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Ability to access tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance

- May require long periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
