What are the responsibilities and job description for the Millwright Journeyman position at Turnkey Processing Solutions, LLC.?
Turnkey Processing Solutions, LLC is hiring for Millwright Journeyman positions. The Millwright Journeyman will be a part of our mobile crews, who work at various project locations. Per Diem is paid in addition to hourly wage, average 50 to 60 hours per week.
Wage Range: $27.50 to $35.50 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assembles and installs equipment, such as conveyors, and processing equipment.
- Construct steel structure for the equipment.
- Operate and work from a man lift.
- Install, move, and dismantle machinery or equipment using appropriate tools.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with established customer standards or required specifications and guidelines, and in support of our company quality standards.
- Initiate and maintain good housekeeping practices in all work areas.
- Complies with all MSHA, OSHA, company, and customer safety policies, procedures and regulations.
- In addition, may perform all duties of General Laborer, Skilled Laborer.
- Travel required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years' relevant millwright work experience.
- Must be able to weld and fabricate.
- Able to read blueprint and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
- Knows hand signals for crane operation.
- Ability to work at heights.
- High degree of attention required to prevent injury to self and others.
- Agree to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by the company.
- Must be able and willing to travel.
