Transaction Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the real estate services industry. The TC team facilitates the customer experience from PSA, through the loan process to tenant occupancy. They ensure that all transactions are completed efficiently and work with other departments to communicate timelines and information to our clients.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing our clients with a white glove experience. Customer service skills are vital as you walk each client through the process, keeping each step on track, communicating and educating as necessary.

Duties

• Manage and coordinate the client experience.
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely communication with clients regarding their loan status.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan processing phase.
• Utilize basic math skills to perform calculations related to loan terms and payment structures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in loan processing or a related field within financial services is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Basic math proficiency for handling financial calculations accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Previous experience in the real estate field is essential to success.
