Job Description:

Personal Agents respond to a variety of member inquiries, including some of the following:
- Process transfers and balance inquiries on TVFCU member accounts
- Maintain account records and effectively cross-sell products and services to our members.
- Research, Identify, and resolve issues related to TVFCU Online banking system and Visa debit/ATM cards.
- Respond to member emails.
- Representatives are responsible for maintaining a high level of quality that is measured via our member quality service survey.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Other Requirements:
TVFCU requires that candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience in a bank/credit union environment preferred. Previous call center experience preferred.
