Corporate Recruiter

Full-time | Human Resources | Location – Olathe, KS, 66022

Partners with business leaders on creating and implementing internal and external talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, driving, and managing quality candidates through the selection process and identifying and partnering with talent development team members to create and identify opportunities for internal mobility to increase staff retention.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures smooth execution of the talent acquisition process for sourcing and driving candidates to apply for assigned positions through: application review, phone/video/onsite interviews, background checks, and offer creation
Work closely with hiring managers to suggest, implement and leverage talent acquisition and sourcing strategies and tools
Leverage our applicant tracking system for movement, management and sourcing of candidates for open job opportunities
Participates in job fairs, recruitment events on college/university recruitment opportunities to source talent
Collaborates with the talent acquisition team to ensure execution of diversity recruitment outreach strategies and techniques

HOW TO SUCCEED

Must possess a minimum of 2 years work experience and a proven track record in sourcing and hiring qualified, quality talent
Previous sourcing experience including research and analysis of data/information from Internet, systems, or MS Office tools
Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Prior experience working within an applicant tracking system (Taleo, SuccessFactors, Oracle)
Demonstrates superior organizational, time management and follow up skills
Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
