Marketing Coordinator

Full-time | Marketing | Location – Olathe, KS

Assists with the layout and production design for basic advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports that communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and/or captivate both customers and internal employees

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work independently and with other departments to develop and design marketing materials including but not limited to publications, press releases, blogs, literature, website materials, company newsletters, video scripts and email blasts

• Leverage design software to design, write code and manage company websites
• Develop marketing plans and concepts that align with company goals and objectives
• Partner with Product Development and Marketing Research teams to write/produce marketing materials for products
• Create content for and manage distribution of content on company social media channels

HOW TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor degree preferred in Marketing, Communication, or an equivalent education

• Possesses experience and proficient working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
• Demonstrates expert proficiency and knowledge in departmental and company standards, systems, practices and policies
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Access, and Google Mail/Calendar/Sheets/Docs
• Demonstrates mastery navigating and entering information into company software, systems, databases and programs with the ability to teach others effective use of this system
• Demonstrates effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated track record in effective customer and inter-company communication
