Compensation:
Agents operate as independent contractors and earn through commissions. At 29°, you can expect a minimum annual income of $125,000, with no upper limit on your earning potential.
Workplace & Schedule:
This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales and advisory support to property owners, helping them achieve their objectives with clarity and confidence.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with property owners and investors.
- Strategize and execute sales and marketing plans for property sellers.
- Assess and prepare Broker Price Opinions (BPOs).
- Conduct market research and provide actionable insights to clients through comprehensive reporting.
- Guide investors on property tours and identify key opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial sale agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Draft and present proposals, offers, and due diligence documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate sales experience or a degree in law, finance, or mathematics.
- Must have NYS Real Estate Agent/Broker License
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Knowledge of the NYC real estate market is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a supportive team environment.
- Active New York State Real Estate License required.
