It proactively finds strong candidates and guides them through getting hired. The business has reached roughly $1M in ARR, is growing fast, and recently raised a $3M pre-seed to scale what’s already working.You won’t inherit a playbook. You will build the growth engine.This role owns consumer growth from zero to one. Paid acquisition, outbound, content, and organic channels all matter. Everything gets treated as a system you test, measure, and improve.You own outcomes.
