You'll begin by focusing heavily on outbound lead generation—making 50 to 100 touchpoints per day—with the goal of transitioning into closing deals within your first six months. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with at least two years of inside sales experience and a hunger to work hard, win big, and make money. • Identify and assess customer energy needs, including spend, usage, contracts, and goals
• Conduct approximately 50 daily outreach activities (calls, emails, visits) to prospects
• Research and evaluate energy suppliers based on price, reliability, and compatibility
• Develop and present customized energy solutions tailored to each client
• Negotiate supplier contracts, including pricing and terms
• Coordinate with suppliers and utilities to ensure smooth customer onboarding
• Monitor client energy usage, contract compliance, and satisfaction
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with potential clients
• Accurately log all interactions and client details in CRM
• Build strong relationships with supplier representatives
