The Who, What, Why, and Where

Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Vice President of Global IT with the knowledge and understanding of current impactful trends and how they can be demonstrated to adopt new technologies, processes, and systems.

Who?

Twilio is looking for a Vice President of Global IT who lives the Twilio Magic and will work directly with our CIO to power employee productivity by running IT infrastructure and operations. They also have :

• A consistent record of coordinating IT teams and security programs to achieve maximum organization and alignment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with validated abilities to lead diverse teams, budgets, client relationships, service agreements, and vendors.
• Experience with M&A due-diligence activity and the integration of acquired businesses.
• Experience implementing or upgrading an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant IT experience with 7 years of experience leading and running IT functions in a large and complex organization.
• Experience in contract negotiations, vendor management, and capacity planning in a fast growth environment.
