Sales Associate Role:

• Greet, listen, and offers assistance to guests to determine their needs, interests, and preferences
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining the features, benefits, characteristics, and
• capabilities of the vehicles
• Take customers on test drives and explains warranties and services
• Overcome objections and negotiate prices to close the sale
• Accurately complete and prepare all delivery paperwork needed
• Offers accessories and services
• Thoroughly delivers the vehicle to the customer
• Follow up after the sale and maintain referral source
• Maintain the CRM daily with detailed notes or customer visits, and scheduled appointments
• Complete all daily follow-ups
• Work on business development through social media and networking
• Conduct all business in an ethical and professional manner
• Participate in ongoing training
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
