Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you are responsible for crafting high-quality customer service, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering items promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels; assist with inventory as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending/ serving or a similar experience within the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
-Experience selling and redeeming lottery and pull tab tickets
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be of legal age of Ohio to serve alcohol.
