The Account Manager at Twincraft Skincare partners with Sales to manage new and ongoing customer relationships while overseeing all customer orders and developments from concept to delivery. They act as the liaison between the customer, Product Development, Quality, and Production to ensure the customer’s expectations are clearly understood and met. The Account Manager supports Twincraft’s growth and profitability by providing excellent customer service while balancing the needs of the business.
