The Kitchen Manager for TCR is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the efficient and high-quality preparation and service of food for various events. Key Responsibilities
1. Supervision and Management
· Oversee the kitchen staff, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and standards.
· Maintain high standards of food preparation, safety, and hygiene.
2. Food Preparation and Quality Control
· Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards.
· Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene practices, complying with all health regulations.
· Ensure that all food preparation and service align with the specific needs of each event, including special dietary requirements and presentation styles.
3. Inventory and Resource Management
· Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available for upcoming events.
· Monitor and control food waste and optimize the use of resources.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Education and Experience
· Proven experience as a kitchen manager or in a similar leadership role within the catering or hospitality industry.
· Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices.
