Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence to support business development efforts
- Assist in the development of strategic plans and operational processes aimed at maximizing efficiency and impact
- Support the preparation of presentations and proposals for key stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Monitor KPIs and develop reporting frameworks to track efficacy of strategies and operational initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business development strategies and initiatives
- Provide support in preparing for client meetings and strategy sessions, ensuring necessary data and analysis is readily available
- Foster relationships within the organization to facilitate communication and collaboration across departments
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in business development, operations, or strategy analysis, preferably within the sports and entertainment industry
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools is advantageous
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different teams
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
