Two Glass Gents is hiring motivated door-to-door sales representatives to sell all of our exterior cleaning and property services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, working independently, and earning commission based on performance.
You’ll be representing a well-established local company and offering homeowners real solutions — not gimmicks.
Services You’ll Be Selling
- Window Cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning
- Soft Washing / House Washing
- Roof Moss Treatment
- Deck & Exterior Surface Cleaning
- Snow Removal (seasonal)
- Other exterior maintenance services as offered
Compensation
- Guaranteed small base pay
- Commission on every sold or booked job
- Performance bonuses for strong weekly numbers
- Training provided — sales experience is helpful, not required
What You’ll Be Doing
- Canvassing neighborhoods door-to-door
- Educating homeowners on our full range of services
- Booking estimates and/or closing on the spot
- Accurately tracking leads and sales
- Representing Two Glass Gents professionally

Schedule
- Flexible daytime and evening hours
- Weekdays with optional Saturdays
