Job Responsibilities:
Repair all equipment and maintain physical facility items in a timely and high-quality manner according to applicable standards, policies and procedures. Repairs include, but are not limited to:
- Petroleum equipment
- Dispensers
- Tanks
- Tank monitors
- Point of sale systems
- Commercial kitchen equipment
- Refrigeration Equipment
- HVAC Systems
- Plumbing & Septic Systems (including water heaters)
- Ice/Beverage Equipment
- Electrical Systems & Circuits
- Exhaust and Fresh Air Systems
- Audio & Video Systems
- Building & structural repairs & maintenance
Requirements:
- Universal EPA Card
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
- HVAC experience
- Background check
- Drug test
- Ability to pass DEQ Tank Operator Certification
- Rotating "on call" schedule
- Trailer towing experience
- Basic computer skills
