Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Clinical Fellow (CF) SLP to join our team in Orange, CA. This position offers direct mentorship and supervision from experienced SLPs as you complete your CFY and transition into full licensure. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric caseload, gain hands-on experience, and grow as a professional in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide speech and language assessments and therapy services under supervision
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support carryover of skills
- Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet all compliance requirements
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship
