This position is for someone who is experienced in hardscape and assists with the activities of a team of two or more in the installation of retaining walls, walkways, patios, outdoor kitchens, water features, and masonry.

Essential Responsibilities

· Follow Project instructions from the Crew Foreman and execute tasks efficiently.

· Offer assistance and effective time in other areas of the company as needed.

· Become a reliable resource for all hardscape installations.

· Keep vehicles, machinery, and tools in good repair and working order.

· Meet expectations.

· Continuously Improve knowledge, education, & industry awareness.

· Show up every day, on time.

· Can identify stone and hardscape materials by memory

· Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality.

· Operate equipment such as skid steers and excavators

Qualifications

· Possess a valid Driver’s License and is insurable by company insurance carriers.

· Demonstrated ability for safe and proper operation of basic landscaping equipment.

· Must be physically able to perform duties and enjoy working outdoors year-round.

· Must be a team player and possess good people skills.

· Requires excellent time-management and organizational skills.

· Must comply with all company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.

· Must be available for all snow and ice events throughout the winter off-season months.

· $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule

· 8-10 hour shift

Education

· High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience

· Construction Experience: 1-2 years (Required)

License/Certification

· Driver's License – over 21 (Required)

· OSHA10 (Preferred, required within 30 days of date of hire)

· MA Hoisting License (Preferred, required within 30 days of date of hire)

· DOT Medical Card (Preferred, required within 30 days of date of hire)

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
