Job Description
Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a position. Our Sales Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing any Insurance related transactions, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
Insurance background not required. P&C license is not required.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Process Insurance related transactions.
- Fill out necessary forms for all transactions.
- Handles questions, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Experience in the Insurance Industry
Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Must be able to pass a state background check.

- The position requires the person to sit at a desk and interact with customers in person, email and telephone.
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
