2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of AmericaAs a Marketing Web Analyst, you will support and work along the side with the Moving Help team to gather data, analyze and interpret findings to better our services, processes, customer experience and overall marketing efforts. Our Data Analyst will work alongside the marketing team to determine opportunities for improving our website, services, and advertising. Will oversee data accuracy and interpretation . A successful Data Marketing Analyst will be able to analyze qualitative data, trends, and create strategies to help increase sales.
Responsibilities :
Utilize online market research and catalog findings from databases
Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data (Surveys, Reviews, Questionnaires, Opinion Polls)
Formulate a plan and present it to senior management
Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations
Gather and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to improve our processes
Report marketing efforts on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to measure success and make recommendations to increase sales and user experience
Visualize data for the field, this includes U-Haul stores managers and customer service representatives working across the US and Canada
Ensure data integrity and recognize/resolve data inconsistencies in databases, reports, and analyses
Support the ongoing analytics needs of the business as well as the test ideation, AB testing, roadmap via KPI reporting, structured and ad-hoc analysis , customer insights, etc.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree required (Statistics, economics, engineering, or marketing analytics)
3 years' experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, preferably with a focus in digital data and business analytics
Possess search engines, web analytics, and business research tools insight
Excellent knowledge of statistical databases an d MS Office
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc. )
Working knowledge with CRM programs
Strong in analytical and critical thinking
Effective communication and presentation skills
Strong proficiency with Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Python, and related programs
Experience with Google Analytics and related programs
Excellent in Excel and data visualization
Demonstrates professional knowledge of conversion rate optimization and testing methodologies
PowerBI and Python knowledge preferred but not required
