The Core Services Development Team is responsible for creating and maintaining critical systems that comprise the backbone of the company’s software ecosystem. As such, Analysts gain access to a wide range of business areas, allowing them to learn and contribute to solutions for the many different needs of the company to help better serve our customers. About You :
You will be responsible for designing and executing test scenarios for software usability. You will test new features and functionality, proactively identify issues, and participate in the research for identifying root-cause, providing your scrum team with clear and concise written documentation and problem descriptions when encountered. You will enjoy working with a close-knit scrum team focused on shared goals, while also having the ability to learn the systems and business needs to efficiently and effectively test and analyze our software independently. You will be familiar with the various testing tools and practices for testing backend systems.
Skills / Experience :
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science or related field, and / or 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have proof of U.S. employment authorization for this position (No Sponsorship Available for this position)
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for managing Test Tasks / Cases.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Understands Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Coordinates with Scrum Team and other Development teams effectively.
- Possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize work as necessary.
- Have a strong background in testing : WebAPI / SOAP / RESTSQL / Postgres UI / UX
- Experience with the following testing / logging tools : Postman / WCFStorm / SwaggerSQL Server Management Studio / Azure Data Studio ELK StackBrowser Console / Extension tools
- Knowledge of the following is a plus : Dynatrace / SnykC# or other OOP LanguagesUnit / Integration Tests and Automated Testing

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
