Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create engaging multimedia content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) for U-Haul's social media channels.
- Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns and promotions across social media channels.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and best practices to suggest innovative ideas for U-Haul's social media presence.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed to support the Social Media Marketing team.
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
