Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Quality Analyst in Irving, TX, Owensboro, KY or Oshkosh, WI. As a Quality Analyst you will be an Acting Team Lead for our Validation's Team. This Quality Analyst will be responsible for assessing the quality of data submitted by credit agency in comparison with validation team. This Quality Analyst will used SQL queries to retrieve the data from database. This Quality Analyst will create database test automation scripts capable of validating data elements.
A hybrid working model, allowing for in-office / work from home; Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CT
Additional Duties:
Performs select monthly billing validation on consumer and mortgage products.
Write and execute tests (manual and automated), monitor testing progress, report status, find and log defects, track defect fixes, gather and report metrics, choose when and what to re-test, collaborate with team members, monitor project progress, incorporate schedule and scope changes, shepherd the product to delivery, be responsible for quality
Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards.
Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review.
Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees.
Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.
Completes key projects assigned by management.
Maintains proactive communication with Senior Management including periodic updates on engagement progress and identified or potential issues.
Operates in a team environment.
Back-up in all other areas as needed on a daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Five or more years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area
Advanced knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
Considerable knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, Teams
Preferred experience with software such as ALS, Hogan, Lease Master, Debt Manager, RMS
Bachelor's degree preferred
Intermediate SQL knowledge (create queries and pull data in requested combinations)
Credit bureau knowledge preferred
