Job Description U.S. Bank National Association (“U.S. Bank”) is seeking the position of Credit Analyst in Minneapolis, MN. Duties: Perform fundamental analysis of investment grade companies across the A&D, Consumer, Capital Goods, Pharmaceutical, and Transportation industries. Model financial metrics, evaluate capital structure and assess management’s financial policy within the context of macroeconomic and industry-wide trends. Design and maintain tools to track relative value opportunities in secondary market. Proactively make recommendations based on fundamental view, valuation and strategic fit in portfolios. Support risk management and monitor corporate exposure. Analyze issuer/industry performance for corporate strategy, curve and sector positioning. Qualifications Requires a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, or Economics plus 2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst, Credit Research Analyst, Portfolio Strategies Analyst, or related. Must have at least 2 years with quantitative and financial modeling based on research from corporate financial statements and 1 year with designing analytical tools to help portfolio management team monitor investment holdings and trends.
