Summary of Job Duties:
The Data Analyst works under the direction of the Rural Telehealth Evaluation Center (RTEC) Director and Deputy Director and to function as a member of RTEC team for synthesizing and evaluating information gleaned from in-depth analysis for the purpose of program evaluation, research, fulfilling contractual agreements from extramurally-funded awards, and planning or developing specific service programs and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree PLUS three (3) years of experience extracting and preparing data for statistical analysis.

- Ability to lead or present research/evaluation processes and results, training, or organizational presentations
- Knowledge of statistical and/or programming software including SPSS, SAS, Stata, R, and/or Python
- Ability to Follow Oral Instruction, Read and Write
- Master’s Degree in science, health, statistics, research, business, public health, or a related field PLUS Two (2) years of experience in research and/or evaluation data analysis required. OR Doctor of Philosophy in health-related sciences with a quantitative focus.
