We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our Ads Demand Platform team. As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of Ads Demand platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of advertising technology, and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What The Candidate Will Do
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ads Demand Platform at Uber
- Drive the cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, Ops, Sales, etc.) teams to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals for the business
- Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process.
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, including internal partners and leadership teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience as an Ads product manager with a track record of partnering with engineering, design, data science and business functions to deliver successful projects at scale
- Experience in defining objectives and key results (OKRs) and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve them
- Excellent data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making ability, with a high design bar and a mentality of starting with the customer first and working backwards
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey results and opportunity areas to cross-functional teams and leadership
- Deep understanding of digital advertising businesses, Ads Manager platform, DSP
- A true passion for Uber's mission, our products, and the company's hybrid technology/operations nature
Salary : $216,000 - $240,000
