What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator position at Ubique Technologies?
We are looking for a forklift operator to move debris, finished kits, and raw material around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
- Able to load and unload trucks of materials and finished kits.
- Needs to be able to safely transfer raw materials, finished kits, and debris from one area of the facility to the other.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
- Systematically organize materials and finished goods throughout warehouse storage racks.
- Precisely load and unload materials on machines with forklift in timely manner.
- Ability to prioritize needs based on communication with operators and area supervisors via a provided radio.
- Insuring the cleanliness of grounds and production areas to be free of debris and obstructions.
Skills
- Proven experience as forklift operator
*Starting pay is up to $19.50 per hour depending on experience
*No weekends
*Monday-Thursday and some Friday's 5am-3:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
