We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals, committed to providing outstanding customer service, to join the team at our store in Bowling Green, KY. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced growing business. This position will be a mixture of in-store work and travel to customer locations to complete repairs.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Work with customers and their devices to resolve physical damage, software issues, and general electronic education needs.

DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Greet customers and discuss the issue(s) that they are having with their device(s).

· Research resolutions to common and unique issues and provide price quotes to customers when able.

· Contact customers that have filed claims through insurance or through uBreakiFIX.com to schedule their repairs.

· Take detailed notes in the computer to keep track of what steps have been taken to help.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

· Strong analytical and math skills; strong attention to detail.

· Good (strong) oral and written communication skills.

· Basic understanding of cell phones, tablets, and computers.

· Interested in growing technologies and smart devices.

· A desire to learn.

Qualifications

WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:

· High School Diploma/GED Equivalent

· Experience with electronics a plus, but not a requirement.

· 18 years of age or older.

WORKING CONDITIONS and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be able to lift 25 lbs comfortably when necessary. (Not Often)

· Exposure to dust, noise, broken glass and lithium-ion batteries.

· Ability to pass background and drug screenings.

· A valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
• Electronics Repair: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Apple Certified Technician (Preferred)
• CompTIA / A (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Required)
