We're looking for an Associate Director, Software Engineer to:
Analyze business functional and technical requirements with a view towards developing database solutions in monitoring and oversight.
Design and implement database solutions that align with the organization's need.
Collaborate with software developers and data analysts to define database requirements to optimize performance.
Evaluate services utilizing a variety of internal and external data and provide inputs and solutions based on current and target state of the application.
Support the technical development lead and global team by working on the prioritized changes.
Ensure delivery of well-tested, signed-off, and fit-for-purpose solutions.
Assist quality control and project management.
Identify issues and work with people and systems impacted by functional as well as non-functional requirements.
Lead database migrations, upgrades, and backup while minimizing disruptions.
Support projects by monitoring and overseeing change deliveries.
Develop in house applications for checking operational activities related to employees and traders.

Education & Experience Requirement
This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology or a related field of study and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as a Lead Consultant, Senior Database Administrator, Technical Associate, Database Administrator, or a related occupation.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement (if applicable)
The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology or a related field of study with five (5) years of experience in the job offered as a Lead Consultant, Senior Database Administrator, Technical Associate, Database Administrator.
Position requires experience with the following:
Data Database Products, including MSSQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL
Azure Cloud
Data Warehousing, Quality and Integration Methodologies
