We are partnering with a well-established law firm in Staten Island, NY, to seek an experienced and dedicated Associate Attorney specializing in landlord-tenant law. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, expertise in handling complex tenant disputes, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in landlord-tenant cases, including housing court proceedings.
• Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, leases, and agreements.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide clients with strategic counsel on landlord-tenant issues.
• Efficiently manage a caseload, consistently meeting deadlines and client expectations.
